Canaveral National Seashore

212 S Washington Ave
Titusville, FL 32796
(321) 267-1110

Description:

Featuring 24 miles of undeveloped beaches, Canaveral National Seashore might not have the amenities of a beach resort town, but it has an open and wild feel that takes beach vacationing to a whole different level. During the summer months, Playalinda and Apollo beaches have lifeguards and limited amenities, making them great places to take the whole family for a day by the ocean. Miles of hiking trails let more active visitors explore the wildlife and flora of the barrier island, and there are boat ramps into Mosquito Lagoon. Located along the island that begins just south of Daytona Beach and continues down to Titusville, this seashore is a welcome break from the highly developed beaches of many Florida cities and towns.
